SOUTH PARK SLOPE RESIDENCE

New construction on site of 1880 farmhouse in south Park Slope, Brooklyn. We re-created the farmhouse while adding light and living space as well as many energy saving elements. We also saved some core elements such as central chimney, cooking hearth and farm field stone foundation walls.

Construction elements of note: Radiant floor heating, blue jean insulation, standing seam roofing, board and batton exterior cement board siding.
